 RETURNS POLICY

PACKING YOUR ORDERS

Every care is taken to ensure your order is packed well and will arrive safe and sound, thus securing full customer satisfaction.  We pack our orders in cardboard boxes and we also use bubble wrap and tissue paper to ensure extra safety for every piece of jewellery. Therefore, it should be highly unlikely for a piece of jewellery to arrive damaged or broken.

​However, in the remote case an item does arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will accept its return and refund you. In case the item can be repaired, you can send it to us to repair it. Please note that in such cases (returning a damaged item or asking us to repair a damaged item shortly after its arrival) you will bear the cost of shipping and returning the item/s.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS POLICY

Please keep in mind that all our products are handmade and as such small imperfections, differences in size or shape, etc, are part of their charm. This is what actually distinguishes products made by hand from those made by machines. Therefore, small imperfections should not be seen as fault, as they will never affect the aesthetic and beauty of the product on the whole.

Also, please note that the photographs of our products are taken with the most care to depict our jewellery as realistically as possible. However, some minor discrepancies in colour may occur due to lighting or background, or the colours may vary from screen to screen.

Regarding the size of our products, we provide dimensions in centimetres for each and every one of them. Some items may appear larger on the photographs, so please make sure you check the size details we provide under each photograph, before you proceed with your order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do NOT accept returns, because of the nature of jewellery; that is due to health and safety reasons.

​Also, we do NOT accept cancellations so as to avoid certain problems.

However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us (via phone or email) within 12 hours from the time of purchase.
